Inyanga Garden Return/Refund Policy
We hope our clients never have the need to return a product, but we are realistic and will do our very best to satisfy you and process your return and refund or exchange as expediently as possible. Remember, your total health and wellness is our No.1 concern!
This return/refund policy applies to products purchased via Inyanga Garden’s website and does not apply to products and services purchased through third-party vendors.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
You can return any product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your written request for refund or exchange (including the reason for your request) and submitting proof of purchase and/or a valid order identification (Order ID) number.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and will also inform you of our preferred method of resolution (refund or exchange).
Upon determination of resolution, your exchange will be shipped or your refund will be processed, and you will be informed via email of the resolution. If a refund, rather than an exchange, is deemed appropriate, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within forty-eight (48) hours of resolution determination. Please wait five (5) business days to ensure enough time for funds to post to your account.
If an exchange is the appropriate resolution, we will ship your replacement package within forty-eight (48) hours of resolution determination to the address listed in your order, unless you provide a substitute address in your request. You will be notified via email when your replacement product has been shipped.
If an exchange is the most appropriate solution to your return request, Inyanga Garden will ship the exchange at our cost.
All returns should be shipped to the return address on the package you received.
